Where and when can I pickup my macarons?
Do you have a delivery?
Yes, we do have next-day delivery to your door! Please visit our delivery information sheet to review covarage areas. Deliveries are set based on your preferred delivery date/time and our production/delivery schedule.
Are your macarons gluten-free?
All our macarons are made from gluten-free ingredients. However, the commercial kitchen we are using for production is not fully certified as 100% gluten-free as the same facility (and equipment inside) is used for the products which may contain gluten.
Do you make custom macarons?
Yes. We can create macarons in different sizes, shapes, colors, flavors and decoration. You can visit our gallery for some of our past work to get some inspiration or come with what you have in mind. Our creative team will create the right customized macarons for you.
Does your macarons contain nuts?
All of our macarons are made with almond flour and some of our flavors contains other types of nuts. Nuts are not part of every flavor but traces of nuts can be found in any of our macarons. For that reason, we recommend those with nut allergies not to consume macarons.
What form of payments do you accept?
At this time, we only accept payments via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. You can use your debit/credit card to pay using the PayPal link.
How long in advance do I need to place my order?
We operate as bake-to-order based on the order requests we get from our customers. We typically recommend our customers to place their orders as much in advance as possible. For large or custom orders, please reach out to us at least 2 weeks in advance. For weddings and special events, we recommend reserving your date at least 6 months in advance. During holiday seasons, these timings will need to be extended so as a rule of tumb reach out to us as early as possible!
