Eser relocated to Minnesota with her family in 2013, starting a new chapter in her life. Having spent her childhood in France and later becoming a French teacher, she was always fascinated with the beauty of French pastries.  Being a self-taught pastry chef, she brought her long-lasting passion into life by opening her home-based macaron business in 2017. In addition to her delicious flavors, her talent in making creative designs with macarons caught a lot of attention not only in the US but also in the global community. In 2020, she relocated to Atlanta, Georgia with her family and established a licensed macaron business there, serving customers all over the US with nationwide shipping. Soon, her husband, Oguz,  joined her to grow the business further, elevating the Carousel Macarons brand to represent  quality and elegance in the macaron business. In August 2024, she relocated back to Minnesota moving her production to a commercial kitchen in Minneapolis, serving her customers in Twin Cities and all over US with nationwide delivery options.
