Carousel macarons are beyond amazing and the best so far! I've tried lots of different macarons from various bakery shops, but none can compare. The whole shell does not break when you take that first bite. The filling is rich in flavor and perfect texture; not tacky like other ones I've had. I've had all flavors..., and they're all unique in their own ways... I'm so glad I found Carousel Macarons... Will continue to order from here again. Highly recommend!!!!

Not only are these the best macarons in the Twin Cities, but they are also the prettiest. Eser made a GORGEOUS blush ombré macaron tower for my wedding! They were as perfect as the day itself. We received many compliments and they were quickly devoured. I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about how fabulous Carousel Macarons was for our wedding. I feel like I stumbled upon such a gem in finding her. Prior to getting married, my fiance and I ordered macaron samples from four different spots (including the "big names" in the Twin Cities) and not only did we like the look of Carousel's the most ...but we also loved the taste and the price was so incredibly reasonable. Eser delivered the macarons on the day of the wedding to our venue and not only was she on time but even a little early. They arrived looking perfect and the guests loved them. Eser is as delightful as her macarons. She and her husband came to my son's home on a Sunday morning to set up 2 towers amid a swirl of wedding preparations, which stopped with oohs and aahs while everyone watched the colorful petite gateaus emerge from white boxes. The macaron towers enchanted everyone. The best was yet to come. Charming colors, delectable flavors, bountiful variety and melt in your mouth, heavenly goodness that transports you to Paris. Guests from age 1 to 93 loved the macarons. It is great fun to see people react to their first macaron experience. Macarons are perfect for a shower or wedding. After all, they are little cakes. Several people attending the wedding appreciated that the wedding dessert for everyone was gluten free. They didn't feel singled out. I highly recommend Carousel Macarons for any event, small or large. You and your guests will be charmed. One tip, order more than you think you will need. People can't eat just one.

I ordered a box for myself with 5 creme brule and 5 salted caramel. OH. MY. GOSH. These macarons are AMAZING! I've been to Paris 3 times in the last decade, and always find myself wishing that MN had macarons as delicious as what you'd find in Paris. Carousel Macarons are on the same level as Ladurèe! I am SO pleased and will certainly be a repeat customer.

...We lived in Europe and used to buy macarons in Paris and Brussels, and fell in love with them. I've tried to buy good, fresh macarons in Minnesota, and concluded that they simply were not available here. But, these macarons are the REAL DEAL! I definitely recommend these macarons to newcomers as well as the world's greatest macaron critics!

I cannot put into words how thankful I am that we decided to go with Carousel Macarons. All of our wedding guests commented on how beautiful the tower and display was as well as the flavors. Wonderful to work with and was very accommodating to all my requests. Absolutely would recommend her to every couple...amazing also to enhance champagne toasts to new level!
