Due to warm and humid temperatures, between June 1 - Sep 1, all orders will be shipped via UPS NEXT DAY AIR (OVERNIGHT). Overnight shipping fee is calculated based on the order size. If you would like your macarons to be shipped, please send us an email (info@carouselmacarons.com) with your order details.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important for us. We are committed to protecting any information you provide us. All collected data will be used for the sole and express purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not share our customer information with anyone.

 

Shipping Information

We only ship to continental United States on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays to avoid weekend overlays! Orders placed before 3:00pm EST will be shipped the following shipping day (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday). (For example, if you place your order on Thursday, your macarons will be shipped the following Monday. If you have selected 2nd Day Air, your package should arrive Wednesday, weather permitting.) Customers may choose to have their orders shipped on a future shipping date if specified at checkout. Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Carousel Macarons is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to the carriers or incorrect/incomplete addresses. 

Our promise is for all our customers to receive our macarons fresh and as quickly as possible. We DO NOT use standard ground shipping because it is not reliable and suitable for sending macarons in preserving its freshness. With that, we chose to send our macarons only via 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air (Overnight) methods using UPS/USPS national carriers. We do not take responsibilities for delays or damage in transit caused by weather, high package volumes, natural disasters, local carrier mis-handling, mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control. By placing your order, you are confirming that you understand this situation. 

Our macarons are shipped in an insulated bag to preserve their freshness and taste. Each shipping box also comes with ice bags which help your macarons to stay cold during the transit and maybe thawed by the time your package arrives. For best results, our macarons should be refrigerated upon arrival and consumed within 5 days of delivery. They can be alternatively frozen upon arrival up to 2 months. If you will be storing them in the refrigerator, please use an air-tight container and allow 10 minutes to rest at room temperature, or 30 minutes if coming from the freezer.

Return Policy

There are no returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped.
